Reverse Punch Applique- cased

I came across this card at Pine is Here and absolutely loved the technique of Reverse Punch Applique. Heather Nichols has a fantastic tutorial on how she created the technique and once I saw it I knew I had to try it. I loved her card so created my own version. For my card I used Kraft cardstock, punched out the flowers with our extra jumbo and super jumbo flower punches and also used a tiny one I had on hand. I used the white gel pen Xtreme to do the stitching around the flowers and the card front- Heather actually stitched hers on the sewing machine. The flowers are "appliqued" with papers from the Juliette collection. The ribbon is also Juliette. The buttons are from an embellishment jar. The stamp set- You Are is rapidly becoming a favorite!
